Trekking and Rock climbing at Thusharagiri Fall:
It is a well renowned place for trekking and rock climbing. Trekkers and rock climbers have to begin their venture early in the daylight from the second water fall on the hills mount on through the primeval crowded evergreen forests swarming with the unusual birds and animals to conquer Vythiri in Wayanad district by evening. For shopping purposes one can go to nearby cities like Kodencherry which is positioned at 11 km from the outskirts of this place, Thiruvambady at 18 and Kozhikode at 50 km.

Best Time to Visit:
This place can be visited at any time in a year as it never remains dry out but the best time to visit is from September to December. Travelers coming to this place should know that monsoon is not an ideal time.
